Amber Butler

Amber Butler is an experienced Senior Solution Architect at C5 Insight, where, since January 2010, Amber has focused on delivering cloud solutions using platforms such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM for mid to large enterprises. Prior to this role, Amber served as a CRM Consultant at Customer Connect from February 2004 to December 2009, helping businesses enhance customer acquisition and retention through a blend of technology and marketing. Amber's earlier career included positions as a Web Developer, Database Administrator, and Software Developer at PSC, Inc from 2001 to 2004, and as a Creative Specialist at Ashton Brand Group from 1998 to 2001. Amber holds a BA in Business Management from Appalachian State University, earned in 1998.
