Scott Winders

Scott Winders is an experienced logistics and transportation professional currently serving as Transportation Delivery Manager at C5MI since February 2023. Previously, Winders spent nearly two decades at Caterpillar Inc., holding multiple key roles including Distribution Consultant, Logistics Systems Integration Lead, and 6 Sigma Black Belt. Responsibilities included optimizing inbound logistics, managing SAP Extended Warehouse Management systems, leading process improvement projects, and ensuring environmental compliance across logistics facilities. Winders began the career with PC support at CES and worked as an Operations Storeroom Clerk at Caterpillar. Winders holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Augustana College.
