Caio Nascimento

Caio Nascimento has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Beginning in 2009, Caio worked as an English teacher at Skill idiomas. Caio then interned at Banco Santander from 2010 to 2011. In 2014, Caio joined Citi as a trainee, later becoming a Senior Financial Analyst and ultimately an Assistant Vice President. Caio worked at Citi until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Caio served as the Payroll and HC expenses manager at C6 Bank. Caio then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Business Partner, supporting over 500 employees until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Caio worked as the Finance Accounting Manager and Tech HRBP Manager at C6 Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Partner and HR Governance at C6 Bank.

Caio Nascimento completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2013.
