Enildo Barros has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Enildo began their career as a Network Consultant for CBD - Grupo Pão de Açúcar in 1996 and worked there until 2002. Enildo then joined UOLDIVEO, where they held various roles such as Network Administrator, Infrastructure and Network Manager, Infrastructure General Manager, Infrastructure Director, and finally, Infrastructure and Engineering Director. In these positions, they were responsible for managing engineering and infrastructure teams, overseeing technical product development and delivery, and handling IT planning, budgeting, and control. In 2014, Enildo became an independent IT Infrastructure Consultant before joining Saraiva as IT Director. Enildo then worked at TIVIT as the IT Engineering and Architecture Executive before joining C6 Bank as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations in 2018.
Enildo Barros has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Physics from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Enildo also holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Enterprise Strategic Planning from Universidade Nove de Julho (Uninove), which they completed in 2005. In 2008, they attended BSP - Business School São Paulo for a course on Advanced Negotiation Techniques. In 2007, they obtained the ITIL IPRC Practitioner Release Control certification from Pink Elephant. Furthermore, they completed the ITIL Foundations certification from the same institution in 2005. In 2013, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Management with a focus on ICT and Projects at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), which they completed in 2016. Additionally, they attended Crescimentum for a course on Organizational Leadership in 2009.
