Khaula Rameez

Khaula Rameez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic management. Currently serving as the People & Strategy Lead at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives since April 2021, Khaula also holds a managerial position in Administration at HR Maldives. Khaula's involvement in advisory roles includes participation on the Board of Advisors for HR Maldives and membership in the Malaysia Association of Certified Coaches. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Specialist at public service media organizations, a Research & Development Specialist at Quantum Inno-Creat, and a Corporate Intern at Leaderonomics. Khaula's educational background includes a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from HELP University, with studies completed between 2014 and 2018.
