Yaël Boussidan

Yaël Boussidan is a seasoned compliance officer with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving at Crédit Agricole next bank (Suisse) SA since July 2022, previously held the role of Senior Compliance Officer at Banque du Léman from October 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes compliance officer positions at various organizations, including project management in KYC procedures for European development financial institutions and legal compliance role at HSBC. Yaël has contributed to drafting French legislation for anti-money laundering and has actively participated in international compliance initiatives. Educational qualifications include a specialized degree in Compliance from VisionCompliance Genève, along with a Master’s degree in Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Strasbourg.
