Ankita Sinha

Ankita Sinha has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director Program Management Office at CaaStle since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director and Senior Program Manager at the same company. Ankita also has experience as a Program Manager at CaaStle from April 2019 to December 2020. Before joining CaaStle, they served as the Chief of Staff (MD's Office) at BIBA Apparels Private Limited from June 2017 to April 2019. Ankita has an engineering background, with experience as a Production Engineer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from February 2012 to February 2016. Ankita also worked as a Management Trainee at Rastriya Ispat Nigam Limited from October 2011 to February 2012. Additionally, Ankita had a role as a Senior Campus Ambassador at ISCEA in 2016.

Ankita Sinha completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT Sindri in the years 2007 to 2011. Ankita then pursued a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Operations & Finance (Industry Specialisation in Manufacturing) from the Indian School of Business, which took place from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they graduated from Kendriya Vidyalaya as a High School Graduate in 2006, with a field of study focused on PCMB. Additionally, Ankita has obtained several certifications, including Project Management Foundations, Strategic Thinking, What Is a PMO?, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
