Tim Maloney

Tim Maloney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and business development across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at CaaStle since January 2021, Tim has pioneered a clothing rental model for apparel retailers. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development & Sourcing and Director of Manufacturing at Hawthorne Gardening, where Tim led the design and implementation of ecologically responsive lighting manufacturing operations. As Director of Global Operations at Ashley Lighting Inc., Tim oversaw multiple facilities and directed strategic shifts in operations. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Dial Manufacturing, where Tim managed comprehensive manufacturing and distribution processes, and Distribution Center Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company, where Tim led a large-scale distribution operation.
