Derek W. Dobson

Derek Dobson has over 20 years of experience in the field of pensions and benefits. Derek was the CEO and Plan Manager at CAAT Pension Plan since April 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Administrator (CEO) at Toronto Electrical Industry Benefits Administration Services Ltd. from September 2006 to April 2009. Derek also held various roles at HOOPP, including Vice President of Client Relationship Management, Vice President of Client Relationship Excellence Program, and Vice President of Pension Policy and Risk Management. Before joining HOOPP, Derek worked as an Actuarial Associate at Watson Wyatt.

Derek Dobson attended the University of Waterloo from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science.
