Sarah Morgan

Sarah M. is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at CAAT Pension Plan since February 2023. Previously, Sarah worked as an Implementation Associate at Humi and as a Payroll Associate for the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board, where responsibilities included bi-weekly payroll processing for over 400 unionized staff. Earlier roles include HR/Payroll Associate at ESC - Environmental Systems Corporation and a Human Resources Co-op Student at Dortec Industries, where full cycle recruitment activities were managed. Sarah has also held positions at Toromont Cat, including Accounts Payable Clerk and Parts Person. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Carleton University, Human Resources Management from Georgian College, and ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Trinity Western University.
