Tim Earl is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Technician IV at CableLabs since August 2013, Tim manages IT-related tickets and fulfills service requests. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant/Desktop Support Tech at NexGen Technologies, providing remote server monitoring and management of a SBS server environment, and as a Technical Engineer at Tandberg Data, where Tim supported various backup products and configurations across multiple operating systems. Tim has also worked in client services support at Innovar Group and held a service desk position at Northrop Grumman, providing 24/7 support for technical information systems. Earlier experience includes hardware dispatching at IBM Global Services. Tim Earl holds a Computer Science degree in Information Technology from Front Range Community College.
