Juan Carlos Padilla del Val

Juan Carlos Padilla del Val is currently serving as the HR Director Europe at Cabot Financial Spain (Encore Capital Group Company). Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions in Human Resources at Aliseda Inmobiliaria, Vesta Asset Management, Banco Sygma (Laser Group), Ole Center (Adecco Software Factory), and Adecco España. He holds a Degree in Human Resources Management from Fundación Sagardoy, an Executive MBA from IE Business School, and a Degree in Economics and Financial Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
