Michael P. Williams

Mike is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing new industrial investment opportunities for multiple Cabot investment vehicles. He has a proven track record of leveraging an extensive network of contacts to secure attractive opportunities for Cabot funds. Before joining Cabot in July 2020, he led the UK Industrial and Logistics acquisitions and dispositions at M&G Real Estate. He holds a First-Class Honors Degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
