Kevin Fukushima

Kevin Fukushima is a Real Estate Asset Manager at Cabrillo Management Corporation since July 2020, overseeing a mobile home park portfolio. Previously, Kevin worked as an Acquisition Associate for a family office managing $250 million in assets under management from May 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included sourcing deals and securing debt funding for acquisitions. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University, completed in May 2019, and a high school diploma from Yorba Linda High School. Kevin is open to opportunities for acquisitions across California, Colorado, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.
