Alison Yates

Alison Yates is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, retail management, and outreach coordination. Currently serving as an Outreach Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician at CABS - Autism & Behavior Specialists since March 2021, Alison has previously held several managerial positions in prominent retail companies, including Chicago Athletic Clubs, Destination Maternity, Splendid, and Coach. Notable achievements include creating strategic business plans, re-staffing initiatives, and developing training programs to enhance team performance. Alison holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science as well as Psychology from Concordia University Chicago.
