Chelley Schaper

Chelley Schaper currently serves as Executive Vice President at CAC Specialty, leading Property and Casualty efforts since October 2019 and contributing to significant company growth. Prior to this role, Chelley founded and served as CEO of ActiveSoul, Inc. from 2015 to 2020, overseeing all business operations, product development, and client relations. Chelley's extensive experience at Lockton Companies from 1999 to 2015 included positions as Senior Vice President and Client Service Executive, where management of high-profile clients and complex accounts was key, as well as Vice President and Department Manager, focusing on risk management consulting. Chelley's career began at Chubb Insurance as an Underwriter from 1994 to 1999, where strategic support and oversight were provided across multiple territories. Chelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia, obtained in 1994.
