James Williams

James Williams, CSHO, is a highly experienced professional in risk management and safety within the natural resources industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk & Project Management Services at CAC Specialty, James specializes in surveying assets and providing specialty consulting for complex claims and operational risk management. Previously, James held the role of U.S. Operations Director for Health, Safety & Environmental at STEP Energy Services, where initiatives included leading HSE programs and conducting audits. Earlier positions include Training Facilitator at Coastal Bend College, Corporate Regional Safety Manager at Aveda Transportation and Energy Services, Owner/Operator at JM&T Trucking, Industrial Firefighter and HAZMAT Technician at Dow, and Facility Maintenance Supervisor at the Center for National Response.
