Laine Watson is an accomplished talent management leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at CAC Specialty, Laine drives talent development initiatives for employees and leaders. Previously, as the President and Founder of Talent Spark LLC, Laine customized talent solutions to enhance organizational capabilities. Additionally, Laine was a founding member of the Expert's Council at Hacking HR, contributing to discussions on the future of work and HR innovation. At UKG, Laine held the role of Director of Talent Development, where efforts focused on creating exceptional employee experiences. Laine's career at Accenture spanned multiple positions, including Global Talent Partner, where strategic plans were established for the Financial Services practice.
