Stacy Atkinson

Stacy Atkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, human resources, and performance management at Cache Valley Electric, where tenure spans from November 2003 to the present. As Human Resources Director, Stacy has created and developed programs for hiring, retention, employee engagement, and recognition, alongside managing the onboarding processes and conducting employee satisfaction analysis. Previous roles at Cache Valley Electric include design and direction of training programs, performance management, and addressing employee issues with urgency. Additionally, Stacy coordinated a comprehensive drug testing program for the Health and Safety department and implemented mental health initiatives. Educational background includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in American Studies from Brigham Young University.
