Doug Cooper

Doug Cooper serves as the Executive Director of Supply Chain Management at CACI International Inc since July 2024. Prior to this role, Doug was the Chief Operations Officer for Operio Group, managing operations across nine facilities and successfully integrating multiple product brands, leading to significant improvements in inventory management and profit margins. Previous positions include Vice President of Supply Chain at Tilley Distribution, where Doug oversaw substantial revenue growth and successful mergers, and Director of Operations/Supply Chain Management at Smiths Detection, which involved transforming supply chain processes. With extensive experience at HP, Accra-Fab, Precision Castparts, and BRENCO Inc., Doug has a strong background in supply chain optimization, operations management, and strategic planning, beginning as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
