Siji Onabanjo

Siji Onabanjo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and business development. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at CACI Ltd since November 2023, Siji leads the Growth Strategy and Team for the Cyber-Duck business unit within CACI's Digital Solutions Division. Siji's journey at Cyber-Duck dates back to July 2011, where various roles, including Chief Growth Officer, Growth Director, Strategy Manager, and New Business Manager, involved setting growth strategies, managing sales teams, and developing comprehensive business strategies in collaboration with company directors. Additionally, Siji acts as a Business Mentor for 1000 Black Voices and has a background in marketing and data strategy from previous positions at Cyber-Duck and Future Publishing. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Business from the University of Bath, earned between 2007 and 2011.
