Siddhita Sankholkar

Siddhita Sankholkar has significant experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Cactus Communications after previously holding the title of Assistant Manager in the same department. Siddhita began their career as an HR Associate at ChaiOne and has also contributed as a Youth Leader for the American Red Cross. An internship in Classification & Compensation in Workforce Management at Texas A&M University further enhanced HR skills, alongside volunteering experience at CHIP Mumbai. Siddhita holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
