Wey Lyn Lee is the Business Operation & IP Control Manager at Cactus Materials. Wey has a wide range of experience in the engineering field, having worked as an Engineering Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University and gaining a variety of skills along the way.

Lee has always been interested in engineering and problem solving. In their previous position as a Teaching Assistant, they were responsible for maintaining and repairing scientific equipment and instruments in the lab, as well as conducting and supervising laboratory sessions. This position allowed their to develop their public speaking, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Wey also gained valuable experience in time management, organization, and conflict resolution.

Lee is excited to use their skills and experience to help Cactus Materials grow and succeed. Wey is committed to providing quality products and services to their customers and is always looking for ways to improve their team's performance.

Wey Lyn Lee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Wey also has an American Degree Transfer Program (AUP) in Materials Engineering from INTI International College Penang.
