Gabriel Marafon

Gabriel Marafon has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriel is currently a Member at the IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa. Gabriel is also the Partner & Director of Data & Analytics at Cadastra, where they are responsible for structuring the department, defining business strategies, and driving sales and proposals. In addition, Gabriel is a Partner at DBG&Co, where they work closely with the board and strategic decision committee to shape the company's direction. Previously, they co-founded and served as the COO of Qexpert, a data consulting company, where they focused on managing operations, enhancing project quality, and fostering a strong culture. Gabriel has also held consulting positions at Gaide and Go4! Solutions, where they provided insights to clients and developed business intelligence solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a teacher at Excel Solutions, delivering classes and contributing to the academic development of students. Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated a strong focus on data-driven performance, business strategy, and technology.

Gabriel Marafon completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Control and Automation at the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2014 to 2018. In 2022, they enrolled in Udacity for an executive program called "Data Science For Business Leaders," focusing on Data Science. Additionally, Gabriel has obtained various certifications, including "Summer School For Data Leaders" from Carruthers and Jackson in 2023, "Exit Makers" from Future Dojo in 2022, "BOARD ADVISOR DE STARTUPS" from InvestidorAnjo.net in 2022, "Líder 4.0" from G4 Educação in 2022, and "Excel Academy - Master" from Excel Solutions Brasil in 2016.
