Allen Lyons

Allen Lyons has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Allen currently holds the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development - Trust & Asset Management at Cadence Bank, N.A. Prior to this, they served as Vice President - Investments at Houston Trust Company from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for constructing asset allocations, formulating investment proposals, and conducting due diligence reviews. Before joining Houston Trust Company, Allen worked as a Vice President at Atlantic Trust from 2008 to 2016. Allen began their career as an Audit and Tax Associate at Stevens & Matthews, LLP in 2006 and had a brief role as an Audit Intern at Grant Thornton LLP in 2005.

Allen Lyons earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in the years 2001 to 2005. Allen continued their education at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2006 to 2007, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting.
