Bertram Winter

Bertram Winter is a seasoned professional in the field of electronic engineering, currently serving as a Senior Principal Application Engineer at Cadence Design Systems since October 2019. Previous roles include Principal Application Engineer and Lead Application Engineer at the same company, and Senior Staff Design Support Engineer at ams AG from November 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed design interoperability and simulation. Prior to that, Bertram Winter contributed as a Guest Lecturer at FH JOANNEUM and completed a master's thesis on Python-based layout generators at ams AG. Earlier experience includes developing documentation tools at Siemens and a web-based knowledge database as a student apprentice. Bertram Winter holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Technology Management from FH Joanneum.
