Bob Zellner

Bob Zellner has a significant amount of experience in the construction industry. Bob began their career as a Project Engineer at webcor builders in 1997. From there, they worked as a Project Manager at DPR Construction, Inc. starting in 1999. In 2005, they transitioned to Rogers-O'Brien Construction, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager until 2008. Zellner then joined Greater Austin Development Co., Inc. as a Senior Project Manager/Estimator from 2008 to 2009. Bob moved to PBK Architects in 2009, where they served as the Director of Facilites for their San Antonio - Austin - El Paso - Rio Grande Valley Regional Offices until 2011. Zellner then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction US from 2011 until 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Cadence McShane Construction Company, a position they have held since 2017.

Bob Zellner attended California State University, Chico from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
