Holly Russell

Holly Russell is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate reputation, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Communications Business Partner at Cadent Gas Limited since February 2022, Holly previously held the position of Senior Communications Officer at The University of Northampton for nearly a decade. In this role, Holly was responsible for the strategic development of corporate communications, leading significant projects including the £330m Waterside Campus development and managing a team of staff and interns. Holly's prior positions include Communications Officer at The Guinness Partnership, Business Support Advisor for PR and Engagement at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley, and Community Liaison Officer at Northamptonshire Police. Holly holds a BA Hons degree in Public Relations from the University of Lincoln, earned in 2007.
