Julie Kuzmicky

Julie Kuzmicky, SPHR has over two decades of experience in various human resources roles. Julie currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources/HRBP at Cadent, where they have been since 2013. In this role, they lead engagement, benefits, total rewards, and wellness programs, as well as providing HR thought leadership and guidance to the Engineering and Product teams.

Some notable achievements in their role at Cadent include developing a holistic well-being campaign, integrating two separate acquisitions, implementing a new approach to performance management, and creating a more interactive onboarding experience. Julie also played a key role in implementing technology systems such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management platforms, and supporting a global workforce.

Prior to joining Cadent, Julie worked as an Employee Relations Specialist/AVP at Bank of the West and as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at TriNet. Julie also has experience as a Human Resources Director at Macy's West, where they were responsible for strategic workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and implementing company-wide programs.

Julie Kuzmicky started their career as a Human Resources Manager at APL and later served as a Human Resources Manager at the City of San Leandro.

Julie Kuzmicky, SPHR, has an educational background that includes an MBA in Organizational Development from the Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics, a BS in Business from the same institution, and a Credential in Single Subject - Education from San Jose State University. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2012.
