Kevin Grier

Kevin Grier has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of analytics and education. Kevin started their career as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School (PALCS) in 2014. In 2017, they transitioned to IQVIA, where they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they joined Cadent, taking on roles such as Analytics Manager, Director of Analytics, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Analytics & Innovation.

Kevin Grier obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 2008-2014. Kevin then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction from the same university from 2013-2014. Kevin further enhanced their education by earning a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Statistics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2015-2017. Additionally, they obtained a Teaching Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in 2014 and completed a certification course on "The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists" from LinkedIn in 2021.
