Bethany Barnhart

Bethany Barnhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bethany started their career as an intern at Ramada Inn North in 2005. Bethany then worked as a Conference Services Administrative Assistant at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in 2007. In 2008, they became a Conference Coordinator at Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. Bethany continued working at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center as an Executive Meetings Manager from 2009 to 2011, where they served as the primary point of contact for convention meetings and banquet functions for various groups. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Catering Sales Manager at Centerplate, handling wedding, social, and corporate events. Bethany then joined Hilton Indianapolis North as a Conference Services Manager in 2013, managing bookings and banquet functions. In 2014, they transitioned to the Marriott Center Indianapolis as an Event Manager and later became a Senior Event Manager, overseeing multiple projects. Bethany'smost recent role is as a Senior Conference Coordinator at Conference Managers, where they have been since 2019. Currently, they work as a Product Specialist at Cadmium starting in 2021. Bethany has extensive experience in event planning, client management, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
