Eric Joy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric started their career in 2006 as a Rental and Sales Associate at Solomons Boat Rental & Sales, Inc, where they handled customer rentals and sales, performed minor boat repairs, and maintained a clean workspace. In 2008, they worked as an Account Executive with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs Baseball Club, generating $4,000 in group and season ticket sales and assisting in the ticket office. From 2007 to 2011, Eric served as an Operations Assistant in the University of Maryland Athletic Department, setting up and preparing for NCAA-sanctioned athletic events. Eric then joined Pinebrook, Inc. in 2012 as a Junior Analyst, where they managed databases, provided career guidance, and facilitated training courses for the Department of Defense. In 2012, they also became an Associate Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology. Eric transitioned to CommPartners in 2014, initially working as an Event Producer and later as a Virtual Conference Project Manager. Eric joined Cadmium in 2021, continuing their role as a Virtual Conference Project Manager.
Eric Joy received their high school education from Leonardtown High School from 2002 to 2006. Eric obtained a High School Diploma during this time.
