Melissa Rickards

Melissa Rickards has a diverse work experience history. Melissa started their career in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at francesca's®, where they worked until 2018. Following that, they joined Madewell as an Event Manager from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Melissa worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Teachers Aide from March 2019 to March 2020 and later as an Assistant Teacher from March 2020 to February 2021. In 2021, they worked at Cadmium and EthosCE Learning Management System as a Project Manager, and their current role at Cadmium is ongoing.

Melissa Rickards earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained their High School Diploma from Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School, where they attended from 2010 to 2014.
