Tony Lucas

Tony Lucas is an experienced geophysicist with a career spanning several decades in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Exploration Manager at Cadogan Petroleum plc, Tony has previously held key positions such as Senior Geophysicist at Regal Petroleum, where responsibilities included supervising the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of Ukrainian 3D seismic surveys. As a Senior Consultant and Partner at WTW Associates, Tony specialized in seismic consultancy and played a pivotal role in developing business in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Tony served as Technical Director at Geocon, where involvement began in 1986 and included a board position starting in 1996. Tony's career commenced as a Geophysicist at Wimpol Ltd. Tony holds a BSc in Geology from The University of Manchester, obtained between 1974 and 1977.
