Ricarda Haben

Ricarda Haben is currently the Head of Product & Project Management at cadooz GmbH since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ricarda was the Head of Customer Experience at Tchibo MOBIL from June 2019 to June 2021. With previous experience as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at cadooz GmbH and as a Teamlead Strategy & Digital at Vodafone, Ricarda has a strong background in project management and customer experience. Ricarda holds a Master of Science in Advanced Marketing Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW).
