Javier Benson-Glanz

Javier is General Manager of the Core Business and Head of Growth at Cadre, leading the firm's efforts to identify core business opportunities, drive growth initiatives, and optimize operational efficiencies. Javier adds a deep business strategy background to the firm's leadership team across real estate, finance, strategy, and technology. Prior to Cadre, Javier was a Senior Manager at Airbnb focused on operations and strategy within Airbnb's new business initiatives. Previously, he led efforts within business operations, strategy, business development, and investment management at RealtyShares, a real estate fintech startup. He also served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions at private equity firm 643 Capital, where he supported the underwriting and acquisition of residential and commercial assets. Prior to that experience, he worked in investment banking at Barclays, facilitating M&A, debt and equity transactions. Javier held roles in consulting and business strategy at Diamond Consultants (now PwC Diamond Advisory Services) and Accenture. Javier holds a B.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and M.B.A from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.
