Scott Kolesar

Scott Kolesar is the co-founder and managing partner of Caduceus Capital Partners, LLC, an early-stage digital health venture capital firm established in October 2020. Scott also serves as chair of the Board of Directors at Intelligent Observation and holds advisory positions at EvidenceCare and TransformativeMed. As a venture partner at Jumpstart Capital, Scott focuses on high-growth healthcare companies. Previous notable roles include member of various boards, including Simplify ASC and Healthcare Value Analytics, and leadership positions at EY and Deloitte, where Scott specialized in healthcare technology innovation and value-based care strategies. Scott holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
