Erica Hupp

Erica Hupp is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in medical billing and claims resolution. Currently serving as a Claims Resolution Specialist Team Lead at CADUCEUSHEALTH® since July 2020, Erica initially joined the company as a Claims Resolution Specialist. Concurrently, Erica has been involved with Michigan State University since June 2013, providing support in the Learning Resource Center and monitoring medical students in the Gross Anatomy Lab. Previous experience includes roles such as AR Billing Specialist at Cardiology and Vascular Associates, Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist at Midwest Medical Billing, Medical Billing Specialist/Transcriptionist at PREMIER CASE MANAGEMENT LLC, and Assistant Administrator at Michigan Therapy Institute. Erica completed a Bachelor of Health Service Administration from Baker College of Clinton Township between 2013 and 2015.
