François Couture

François Couture has had a diverse and extensive career in human resources. François began their career at Rio Tinto Alcan Packaging, where they held various roles as a Counsellor, Senior Counsellor, Manager, and eventually Director of Human Resources. From there, they moved to Banque Nationale as the Director of Human Resources, before joining CAE Inc as a Manager in Labour Relations and Health & Safety. François continued to advance within CAE Inc, taking on roles as a Human Resources Leader, Senior Human Resources Leader, and eventually the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Technology, Product and Digital & Operations. Additionally, they served as the Co-President of the Board of Directors for Camaq.

François Couture has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. François also holds a Master's Degree in Administration Sciences (M.Sc.) with a field of study in Management, also from Université Laval. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a CRHA from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
