Kees Verpalen

Kees Verpalen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kees began their career in 1999 as the CTO and founder of Onetomarket, a company they later sold in 2004. From 2004 to 2022, Verpalen served as the CEO of BESLIST.nl, a role in which they led the company for 18 years. In 2018, they joined Caesar Groep as a Supervisory Director. In 2022, Verpalen announced their plans to step down as CEO of BESLIST.nl and take a sabbatical starting in 2023. Kees will continue to be involved as a major shareholder and join the Advisory Board of beslist.

Kees Verpalen's education history includes a range of qualifications in both Industrial Engineering and Management Science, as well as Personality Psychology. In 1987, they began their education at Zeldenrust College, where they completed their VWO degree. Kees then proceeded to study Industrial Engineering and Management Science at both Fontys University of Applied Sciences (1994-1999) and Eindhoven University of Technology (1993-1994). Continuing their interest in psychology, Kees attended the Myers Briggs Institute in 2021 to become certified as an MBTI I & II coach. In 2019, they also completed the Insights Discovery program, becoming an Insights Discovery practitioner.
