Chad Marston

Chad Marston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility management and operations across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since May 2023, Chad previously held the role of Critical Environment Operations Manager at Microsoft from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Chad was involved with Savannah River Nuclear Solutions in various capacities, including Shift Operations Manager and First Line Manager, from September 2017 to June 2021. Chad's foundational experience in the US Navy spanned from January 2007 to September 2017, where roles included Propulsion Plant Operator, Reactor Operator, and Nuclear Power Instructor. Chad is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology at Thomas Edison State University, with an expected graduation date in June 2024, and completed rigorous training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in 2008.
