Derek Smith

Derek Smith is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Law Clerk and Corporate In-House Legal Administrator at CAFARO since January 2021, Derek has previously held positions such as Sales Associate at The Home Depot, Relationship Banker I & II at Huntington National Bank, and Assistant Manager at Campbell Hardware. Additionally, Derek has experience as a Bookkeeper at Jacqueline's Bridal and a Field Worker for the U.S. House of Representatives. Academically, Derek holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Akron and has furthered legal studies at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.
