Sophie Kavia has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the HR People Transactions Team Leader at Cafcass since December 2011. Previously, Sophie held various HR-related roles at Cafcass, including Resourcing Adviser and Enhanced HR Assistant.
