Ivan Ng Tsz Chiu

Mr Ng Tsz Chiu joined the Group in October 2013 and is the General Manager (Supply Chain) of the Group. Mr Ng is responsible for management and development of strategic procurement and supply chain of the Group’s operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China, as well as overseeing operations of the Group’s central food processing centres. He has extensive experience in procurement management and has worked for leading retail and international product distribution groups where he was responsible for various strategic commercial and technical procurements. Mr Ng holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business from Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
