Claire Hennequart

Claire Hennequart (Fontana) is a legal professional with extensive experience in business law, contract management, and international governance. Currently serving as Responsable juridique at Café Joyeux since July 2022, Claire oversees all legal matters for the group in France and internationally, focusing on areas such as contract negotiation and governance implementation. Previously, Claire held the position of Group Corporate Legal Counsel at Sodexo from March 2015 to June 2022, handling corporate law, contract law, and financing, and also worked in various legal roles at La Française des Jeux. Claire holds a Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Business Litigation and a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science. Fluency in both French and English enhances Claire's capability to operate in diverse legal environments.
