Terika Raak

Terika Raak has over 20 years of experience in the coffee industry, starting as a Barista/Sales Associate/Lead Stock Person/Management Intern at Nordstrom in 2000. Terika then worked at the Midwest Barista School as a Head Trainer and later became the Director of Coffee. In 2011, they joined Caffe Ladro as a Manager before moving on to Honor Coffee and Raconteur in similar roles. Terika then joined La Marzocco as a Customer Experience Coordinator in 2017. Terika transitioned to Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. in 2020, where they served as a Cafe Manager until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Account Executive at Caffe Umbria Inc.

Terika Raak completed their B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern College, where they studied between 2002 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Divinity degree at Western Theological Seminary from 2006 to 2009.
