Xin Heng is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data science and leadership roles. They currently serve as the Head of Data at Caffeine, where they are responsible for defining and executing the company's cloud-first data strategy. Xin Heng completed a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Caltech during the period of 2002-2007. Following this, Xin Heng pursued a Master's in Finance (MFE) at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, from 2011-2012. Prior to these advanced degrees, Xin Heng earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University between 1998-2002.
