Emily Morton

Emily Morton is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Cahaba Medical Care, a position held since October 2019. Previously, Emily served as a Nurse Practitioner Resident at St. Vincent’s Health System from July 2018 to October 2019, focusing on the OrthoSports Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Brookwood Baptist Health from December 2015 to July 2018 and in the Trauma Burn Intensive Care Unit at UAB Medicine from July 2014 to December 2015. Emily earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019 and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Auburn University in 2014.
