MacKenzie V.

MacKenzie V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. MacKenzie began their career as an Instructor at Top Flight Gymnastics, where they taught gymnastics to girls and ensured their safety. MacKenzie then worked as a Keyholder at Fred Meyer Jewelers, where they were responsible for opening and closing the store and achieved top sales performance. MacKenzie also had roles at Kroger as a Recruiting Administrator and Human Resources Intern, where they assisted with candidate recruitment and hiring processes. MacKenzie then worked at SLK as an Executive HRM, coordinating college-level recruiting and managing employee referral programs. MacKenzie later joined Staffmark as a Professional Services Recruiter and Superior Environmental Solutions as a Corporate Recruiter, where they recruited for various positions and handled onboarding processes. MacKenzie also served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Advanced Testing Laboratory before joining CAI as a Recruiter in 2022.

MacKenzie V. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from Northern Kentucky University. MacKenzie attended Northern Kentucky University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Simon Kenton High School from 2007 to 2011, earning a High School Degree with Honors.

In addition to their formal education, MacKenzie V. has obtained various certifications. In October 2022, they acquired certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, Recruiting Veterans, and Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn. In August 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. MacKenzie V. also holds certifications as Gemstone Certified and Diamond Certified from the Diamond Council of America, earned in March 2015 and January 2015, respectively.
