Validation Engineer at CAI

Matt Honshel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt started their career in 2001 as a Private Contractor at FedEx Ground, where they provided delivery and pick-up services in various areas. In 2005, they joined Stansfield Vending Services as a Vending Sales representative, where they successfully increased sales in their assigned route. From 2008 to 2020, Matt worked at Interstate Blood Bank, Inc. as a Project Manager and Validation Specialist, responsible for performing and documenting freezer validations. During this time, they also served as an Assistant Manager, overseeing various operational tasks and managing a large fleet of plasmapheresis machines. Since 2022, Matt has been working as a Validation Engineer at CAI.

Matt Honshel graduated from Platteville High School in 1993 with a degree in General Studies. Matt then attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness with an emphasis on Competitive Coaching.

In terms of additional certifications, Matt Honshel has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Business Writing Principles, Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365), Learning Outlook 2019, Technical Writing: Quick Start Guides, What's the So What: Writing Clearly for a Business Audience, Word Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365), Word: Formatting and Styles in Depth (365/2019), Writing Formal Business Letters and Emails, and Writing a Business Report. Matt also completed the course Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact.

Furthermore, Matt achieved certifications such as Kneat Academy - End User (Kneat V8.6) - e-Learning from Kneat Solutions and Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success from LinkedIn.

In terms of specialized certifications, Matt Honshel obtained the Aurora Apheresis Collection Technician certification from Fenwal, Inc., a Fresenius Kabi Company in June 2013 and the Autopheresis-C (Auto-C) Technician certification from the same institution in October 2008.
